SPACE RENTAL

 

Space rental prices include:

• An empty space of selected dimensions
• One conference per day in a fully equipped theatre (upon availability at the reservation time)
• Subscription on the show's Web site;
• Subscription in attendee's guide distributed at the show's entrance
• Use of a trolley for manual handling
•Storing of your empty boxes during the exhibit
• Personalized service from the show's team.

Renting fees for a turnkey booth are available upon request.

 

Payment terms :

35 % payable upon signature of space rental agreement
35 % payable on September 1st, 2011
30 % payable on December 1st, 2011
